Belt Technician

Description

As a Belt Technician at SPEL, you will perform a variety of duties to customize a wide variety of heavy duty and lightweight belts to customer specifications either in-house or at a customer site. We shall ensure that you receive extensive ongoing training and provide you with solid feedback and support to reach both the company and your personal goals. Your work, both individually and as part of a team, will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and bottom line results!

Job responsibilities:

  • Build / repair conveyor belts and components
  • Prepare and join conveyor belting.
  • Receive and verify incoming parts, materials, and supplies; maintain stock area
  • Pick up and deliver orders, stock, and supplies
  • Perform duties to fabricate, install and repair conveyor belting, systems, and other synthetic/rubber products
  • Work in a manner that ensures the safety of everyone involved. Exercise proper care in the use of tools and equipment
  • Detect and report defective equipment, material and any improper operations or unusual conditions
  • Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations; maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition

Job requirements

  • 4+ yrs proven conveyor belt splicing exp
  • Strong mechanical background
  • Basic math skills
  • Use of proper English, written & verbal
  • Overtime hours and weekend work may be required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Ability to join at the earliest.

Manager (Commercial),Post: 05, Education: Master in any Discipline, Responsibility: Import-Export Documentation process with shipping and Customs, Banking (L/C opening , Issuing Bank Grantee Submitting Bill / Invoice), Correspondence With others Governments & Non Governments authority, Office Management, Experience: Minimum 10 Years Experienced in Above Field. Age maximum 40 Years.


3. Project Engineer, Post: 06, Education: B.Sc. in EEE (From any reputed University),Responsibility: Substation Automation System, Installation of 33/11KV Grid & substation, 132KV Level & 33KV Level Cable connection, AutoCad Designing, Computer Literacy, Excellent Communication Skill in English Experience: Minimum 5 Years. Age maximum 40 Years.


4. Asst.Manager (International Coordination): No. of Position: 4 Age : Minimum 35 Years Education : B.Sc. in EEE (Preferably from a Public University) , Experience : at least 5 years Job Description :Communication with existing foreign partners Look for new and prospectus foreign partners Understanding and preparing tender documents Maintaining working relationship with the customers Drafting various letters
Must have : Excellent English communication skill, hands on experience on foreign principal handling in Public sector international procurement business.


5. Junior executive (Documentation): Post:03, Education: HSC With Certificate course in MS Office application and PC hardware Knowledge would be Preferred. Responsibility: Typing and Editing official Letter text and other document both in English and Bengali using Ms word , Excel, Power point ,Access and Photoshop Illustrator. Experience: Minimum 5 years experienced in above field Age : maximum 35 Years.
